As we step into the promising year of 2024, we extend our warm wishes for a prosperous and joyful beginning. Embracing the resurgence of the crypto market, we remain dedicated to empowering merchants for seamless crypto transactions with their customers, witnessing a surge in Bitcoin and stable coin transactions throughout 2023.

Reflecting on the achievements of 2023, we are pleased to report that we successfully accomplished approximately 85% of the outlined roadmap. Here is a brief overview:

Completed:

• Registered as Money Services Business with FINTRA in Canada
• Enhanced the XPOS® distributor and merchant portal, along with liquidity provisioning for merchants and distributors
• Integrated Binance Pay as the third-party crypto payment channel on XPOS®
• Opened public validator slots for Pundi X Chain
• Completed the sale of the genesis version of p(x)Card developed by Function X Foundation
• Made XPOS® APK compatible with SUNMI POS
• Developed the XPOS® app for mobile phone users
• Expanded the XPOS® franchisees’ network

Plus we launched a service that is outside the 2023 roadmap, “Pay via Email”.

– Increase stable coin offerings

– Launch decentralized loyalty tokenization services for merchants

Q3 2024

– Pilot XPOS® technology to empower the remittance / money exchange infrastructure with a licensed operator

– Launch “.pundix” DID service with OneID

Q4 2024

– Launch the XPOS® mobile app

– Develop the prototype of the next-generation hardware wallet card

Q1 2025

– To be announced in early January 2025.
