Lithuania is very active about the development of the blockchain technology. Recently the central bank of Lithuania has launched a new regulatory “sandbox” for startups working with blockchain. Yesterday, Blockchain Centre Vilnius officially launched, aiming to become a global gateway to EU for blockchain technology. It is a non-profit association that unites blockchain entrepreneurs, developers, investors, and regulators from around the world.
